Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction
At Kitchenware Plus, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
You may only return an item purchased on wiltonaustralia.com.au by mail to our warehouse address. Returns must be arranged and pre-authorised and pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you for the value of the item. Kitchenware Plus will refund the cost of the return postage of damaged or faulty items.
Kitchenware Plus will take back any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as the item purchased are returned in its original condition including its packing and is accompanied by proof of purchase. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to the warehouse at the customer’s cost and risk.
Please keep original packaging as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have either purchased or received.

Time Frame to claim damaged goods for returns or refunds
We can only accept a claim for damaged goods received within 48hours of receiving the goods.
Incorrectly Addressed Orders
Please note that our ordering system is integrated with the Australia Post E Parcel system. Therefore please make sure that you address your order correctly as if parcels are incorrectly addressed they will automatically be returned to Kitchenware Plus. As a result of this error you will be charged additional postage.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless merchandise is damaged or faulty.

Unfulfilled Orders
With orders that cannot be fulfilled we will email you with information regarding when your order will be fulfilled and possible substitutes for your order. If this does not satisfy you we will give you a full refund.
Shipping Policy
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post’s eParcel service during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held for the maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
At Kitchenware Plus we take great care when packing all of our internet orders, sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be reported Kitchenware Plus on (07) 3440 9555 within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should there be anything wrong with your parcel, Kitchenware Plus will instruct you on how to return the goods in the appropriate manner.
